Without the generous, long-term support of our donors, the La Porte Education Foundation might have been one of those truly needed ideas that never got out of the development stage. But because of the many who have come forward with their financial support, LPEF has been able to make a significant difference for thousands of students and teachers.
The annual contributors to the La Porte Education Foundation are the reason we are able to focus on our mission of “enhancing education by funding innovative, creative instructional projects for students and teachers in La Porte schools.”
All levels of donors are welcome, with three receiving special recognition:
LPEF Platinum level donors are those contributing $10,000 or more to LPEF each year. Platinum sponsors receive a description of their company on the LPEF Web site of up to 150 words along with a company logo and a link to the company's Web site in the LPEF annual report..
LPEF Gold level donors are those contributing $5,000-$9,999 or more to LPEF each year. Gold sponsors receive a description of the company on the LPEF Web site of up to 100 words along with a log, a link to the company Web site from the LPEF Web site and a listing in the LPEF annual report.
LPEF Silver level donors contribute $2,500-$4,999 annually. Silver level sponsors receive a company description of up to 50 words on the LPEF Web site along with a company logo, a link to the company Web site from the LPEF Web site and a listing in the LPEF annual report.
LPEF Bronze level donors are those who contribute $1,000-$2,499 each year. Bronze level sponsors are recognized with a URL to their company Web site on the LPEF Web site and name recognition in the LPEF annual report.
LPEF Copper level donors are those who contribute $500-$999 each year. Bronze level sponsors are recognized on our Web site and and name recognition in the LPEF annual report.
Other donors
Any donation amount is welcome and can make a difference in the life of a child. Donations of items for silent auctions and door prizes at fundraising events also are appreciated.
LPISD employees step up
One of the main supporters of the La Porte Education Foundation are La Porte ISD employees. Every pay period, numerous employees have a specified amount donated from their paycheck to LPEF. We appreciate every LPISD employee who has made the commitment to the work of the Foundation.
